After a grueling month at work my husband booked us a few days at The Springs. It has been wonderful. So relaxing. We stayed in the new part and our room was clean and beautiful. We did Mother’s Mud with Jess our first day. We were tired and she was so nice and helpful. Very patient and made the experience fun! The next day I had a Magnesium Melt with Morgan. She was very professional and attentive. Throughly explained the process and taught me some things about massage. Today we had a couples massage with Lisa and Buck. It was great. We told them problem areas and both came out feeling much better. Never had a neck massage like that from Buck and it was very soothing. Lisa has strong fingers and my husband came out so relaxed. Ashley was the lady behind the counter that booked everything for us and helped us several times a day with small problems that came up. Can’t say enough about how great she was and always with a solution. Plan to come back with our grown children. The stress relief of soaking in the pools is not to be down played. The staff here is concerned and courteous. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

Loved our experience here. Soaking pools are well maintained & clean. Our suite in the original hotel building was very nice; the stair case and lounge area were particularly impressive. Kynler, Chris & Lindsay at the cafe were especially warm and helpful.

Came here for the day as a nice relaxing stop on our road trip. The hotel is gorgeous (we did not stay there). The grounds of the property are immaculate. We did the most expensive day pass which gives you access to all the pools and wellness activities. Loved all the hot springs and it is so cool to be able to go into the river. All the pools were clean and there was water throughout the property. They have food and drinks which were reasonable in price. Loved the sauna and the mother’s mud activity. Well worth the money!

It had been a few years since I had stayed at the springs resort. And was absolutely blown away this time. My girlfriend and I had such a great last min stay and Christina Martinez really went above and beyond to make it perfect for us.

Rigo at the cantina was the best! He somehow knew it was my birthday and was just so sweet and friendly. The fact he knew my birthday absolutely made my day!
